The first Conference Call was made in the year 1950 and since then it has become an important part from the smooth running of business. It offered the organizations that stability and flexibility which allowed the Management team to connect with their employee or other team members even if they are located in the remote areas. Till the 21st century, this technology named as the “Conference Call” has moved several steps ahead and now we can connect through videos, crisp sound and many more.
As the name indicates that this technique is made for the group and not for an individual, so in the earlier days, the single individuals were not able to make full use of but now the time has changed and there are lots of facilities for individuals also under the category Conference Call. In the earlier days, there used to be the bulky devices in order to set up the Conference Call, but three are no longer in use now, as the technology has transformed them into the minute ones. The set up for a Conference Call consists of a computer or a laptop, internet connection, smart phones and a camera.
